Terms & Conditions
Effective from January 1, 2025
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the mutual rights and obligations between the cleaning services provider:

(hereinafter "Provider")
and the customer ordering cleaning services (hereinafter "Customer").
These Terms are governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
2. Subject of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services according to the Provider's offer, including:
- Regular household and office cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Post-renovation or post-move cleaning
- Window washing
- Other services by individual agreement
3. Ordering and Contract Conclusion
The Customer may order services through:
- The contact form on the website
- By phone at +420 792 421 015
- By e-mail
An order is considered a proposal to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Provider (by phone, e-mail, or other form). The Provider reserves the right to refuse an order.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
The Provider is not a VAT payer. Service prices are listed in the Pricing section and are informational. The final price is always agreed individually based on the scope and difficulty of the cleaning.
Payment is made in cash after the cleaning is completed, or by bank transfer as agreed. The Provider will issue a receipt upon request.
5. Service Performance
The Provider undertakes to perform services properly, within the agreed scope and timeframe. The Customer is obliged to:
- Provide access to the premises to be cleaned
- Inform the Provider of any special requirements or restrictions
- Ensure safe working conditions
6. Cancellation and Changes
The Customer may cancel or change an order no later than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning, by phone or e-mail. In case of later cancellation, the Provider may request reimbursement of reasonably incurred costs.
7. Complaints
The Customer has the right to complain about the quality of services provided, no later than 24 hours after the cleaning is completed. Complaints can be made by phone or e-mail.
The Provider will assess the complaint and, in case of a justified complaint, will provide remedy by free re-performance of the service or a reasonable discount, within 14 days of the complaint.
8. Liability for Damages
The Provider is liable for damages caused during the provision of services, in accordance with the Civil Code. The Customer is obliged to report any damage immediately, no later than 24 hours after its discovery.
The Provider is not liable for damages caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
9. Withdrawal from Contract (Consumers)
If the contract is concluded remotely (online, by phone), the Customer – consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
If the Customer expressly requested the commencement of the service before the withdrawal period expired and the service was duly provided, the right to withdraw from the contract expires.
10. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the consumer has the right to out-of-court dispute resolution. The relevant authority is the Czech Trade Inspection (COI), Štěpánská 15, 120 00 Prague 2, web: adr.coi.cz

11. Final Provisions
These Terms take effect on the date of their publication on the Provider's website. The Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms unilaterally. The Customer will be informed of significant changes via the website.
Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Czech law, in particular the Civil Code.
